So on the happy side, I'm down 16 pounds. On the not so happy side I spent like 15 bucks on ingredients (I already have way too much food to last me the 2 weeks Im here)for this crazy diet im trying. Appaerntly you can lose like 9-17 pounds
Day 1: all you can have veggie soup (I spent 2 hours making it, its nasty), and all you can eat fruit.
Day 2: only veggies, soup and baked potato
Day 3: soup, veggies, fruit
Day 4: up to 6 bananas and all you can drink milk, soup
Day 5: meat and veggies, soup
day 6: meat and veggies, soup
day 7: 2 cups rice, veggies, soup
I dont think this is gonna work, who votes I give up now, Ive just never tried fad diets, Im kinda curious and I did spend the money.
I survived day one, I feel gross and I dont know hwo im gonna lose that much weight, i ate the same amount of calories just in fruit.
